Day 1: Sofia 

Arrival at Sofia International Airport, transfer to your hotel (Hyatt Regency Sofia 5* or similar). Free time to enjoy the Bulgarian capital. 

Overnight in Sofia. 

Day 2: Sofia 

Spend a day in Sofia. Begin with a guided tour of Bulgaria's capital with a French-speaking guide, visiting Sofia University, the Parliament building, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, St. Sophia Basilica, St. Nicholas Russian Church, the National Bank, St. George's Rotunda, Banya Bashi Mosque, the Synagogue and Catholic Church, the Women's Market, St. Nedelya Church, and Vitosha Street.

Free time in the afternoon. Overnight in Sofia.

Day 3: Drive to the magnificent Rhodoppes

Departure for the majestic Rhodope Mountains. Arrival in Velingrad and check-in at the five-star Kashmir Spa & Wellness Hotel. 
Free time. 
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Velingrad

Enjoy the hotel's spa area.
Dinner and overnight stay in Velingrad.

Day 5: Plovdiv

Guided tour of Plovdiv, one of the oldest cities in Europe and a former European Capital of Culture (2019).
Your French-speaking guide will lead you through the winding streets of Old Plovdiv, past the ancient theater, the Roman stadium, the Dzumaya Mosque, and the Church of St. Constantine and Helena.

Free time and return to the hotel.

Overnight in Velingrad.

Day 6: Velingrad 

Enjoy the hotel's spa area.
Dinner and overnight stay in Velingrad.

Day 7: Rila Monastery and Sofia 

Departure for the Rila Monastery (UNESCO World Heritage Site), nestled in the mountains and a national symbol of Bulgaria.

Visit the monastery and continue to the capital, Sofia. Overnight in Sofia.

Day 8: Sofia 

Private transfer to Sofia Airport and flight back home.
